Go into Portal
Talk to Gunther
Click on one of the side gates to open a cell
Kill the Elite mob that comes out of the cell
Kill the group of mobs that come out of open cell once Elite is killed
After opening the four side cells, click on the stone by the middle gate

Do the same in the next room (open cells, kill mobs)
Mobs are easier and no additional spawn
This time mobs come out of all four cells after the cells are open
